If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, email hello@focusampm.com within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll refund 100% of the price you paid for the products.

Please include your order number. We’ll tell you whether we need any unopened items back and how to send them.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is despatched for a full refund, including any delivery charge. Just email us with your order number.

When you buy online you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly by email.

For hygiene and health-protection reasons, this statutory right does not apply to food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery — but our money-back guarantee above still covers them.

Where you cancel under this right, we refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence you’ve sent them).

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement. We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
