• Waitlist: your email address and the page you signed up from.
• Orders: name, delivery address, email, phone (if given) and order details. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify; we never see your full card details.
• Emails you send us.

• To take, despatch and support your order (contract).
• To email you about launch if you joined the waitlist (consent — unsubscribe any time).
• To keep records required by law, such as tax records (legal obligation).

We don’t sell your information.

Only service providers that help us run the shop: Shopify (store and checkout), our payment processor, our website and email hosting providers, and the delivery service for your order.

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use or withdraw consent. Email hello@focusampm.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
